SUMMER WORKSHOPS
August2024
Throughout the summer, the students participated in a number of guest lecture workshops to strengthen and build their techniques in Musical Theatre and to explore some new things!
With a guest lecture visiting us weekly to lead their musical theatre class, followed by a specialised workshop. Sessions included; build your own musical, anxiety in Musical Theatre, audition skills, fosse & commercial dance workshops and strength, flex & conditioning

July 2024
Our annual summer show held at the Prince of Wales Theatre in Cannock. A whole school performance celebrating the wonderful years as CHB Performing Arts and a look into the future as Legacy School of Performing Arts. The students ranged from aged 3-18 years on stage, and we even had CHB alumni join us in the audience and our finale song. A truly special performance filled with immense talent and smiles. The students all shone on stage and we are so proud.
PELSALL CARNIVAL
July 2024
A wonderful day with students, parents and volunteers. The day started with three performances to a crowd of over two hundred people, all students were amazing, especially given the typical British weather!
The afternoon was filled of fun & disco with the school having a float in the carnival procession, greeting the local community around the village.
A big thank you to all parents and volunteers who walked alongside the float collecting donations for the carnival's charity and handing out leaflets for the school. A true Legacy family event filled with smiles & laughter.
100% PASS RATE
June 2024
All students submitted, passed their Trinity College London Drama exams with a well earnt Merit or Distinction!
Each student had to prepare a programme of monologues, mimes, songs and spoken discussion. We are so proud of their hard work and achievements!
MAYFEST, STREETLY
May 2024
The school were invited to perform at a local community event, with an audience of over 300 people! All students performed sections from the upcoming summer show and showcased their talents. We were incredibly proud as this was the first public event of the year and the school received numerous compliments from the organisers and specators.
100% UKA PASS RATE
March 2024
During our Spring Term, all students took part in Musical Theatre & Ballet UKA examinations and we are delighted that we had a 100% pass rate, with a high level of students achieving a distinction and honours. Congratulations to all students!
